A lot of people SAY they possess STRENGTH to push through, a lot of people SAY they have the HEART to overcome obstacles, or that OPTIMISM is their driving force to defy odds, a lot of people SAY they have the WILLPOWER to reach their goals, but often times it’s all TALK! One of my favorite phrases is “Don’t talk about it, be about it” thus the creation of “No Talk All SHOW” No Talk All SHOW is an Athletic Performance and Fitness organization that was built on STRENGTH, HEART, OPTIMISM, and having the WILLPOWER to reach your desired goals physically and mentally. We are not regular, we push the envelope to get the best out of our athletes, we believe everyone has an athlete inside of them they just have to SHOW it. Mission: The mission of No Talk All SHOW is to give every athlete the tools, knowledge, and elite programming to strive to be the best version of themselves mentally and physically. No Talk All SHOW specializes in meeting the physical demands of each individualized athlete, and ensuring positive progressions with the unlikelihood of potential injuries. Vision: To create the mindset of speaking your words into existence, through hard work, dedication, and passion, along with being acknowledged as the norm of Athletic Performance and Fitness. I know that sometimes it may be difficult to work out alone or you may just need an extra motivator. Our Partner/Group training sessions are available to fit your need. These sessions are similar to the one on one training, your hour long program will be designed specifically around your body and your goals. This package includes an extensive warm-up and FINISHER, as well as exercises based on personal progression. $500 for group of 2 $600 for group of 3 or more

Sports Performance Training

Athletes will properly learn and execute techniques, exercises, effective conventional and non conventional lifts to be the best athlete that can they be. Proper Olympic lift techniques, fundamental lower body exercises like Front squats, Back Squats, Rdl’s, and Deadlifts. As well as speed and agility training. What ever your specific goal is whether it be to increase athletic performance (power, strength, speed, quickness, etc). No Talk All SHOW athletes don’t put a limit on the heights they can reach.

Darron Ellis

Master Trainer

Founder and CEO Certified Personal Trainer Functional Training Specialist Strength Coach Speed and Agility Specialist Darron Ellis is a fitness and strength and conditioning coach with over 12 years of experience. His unique approach to athletic performance and fitness can be contributed to his athletic background in high school, college, and professional. Darron was born in Washington, D.C. His African American heritage, was the driving force for his healthy lifestyle. He always felt a strong connection to fitness and athletic performance and it drove him even more when he saw close family members suffer from hereditary illnesses, such as cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Coach Ellis started his training career in the simplest of fashions, going to the park, home visits and meeting at the gym. As his training career grew so has his clientele, Coach Ellis has been instrumental in the success of many of his clients ability to lose, maintain, gain lean muscle and live a healthy lifestyle. In 2013 Coach Ellis was hired to the Bishop McNamara H.S Football team as it’s Wide Receivers/Strength and Conditioning coach. Since his time at BMHS Ellis continues to train all of the athletics teams and other athletes school wide. He has planned, designed, and implemented strength, speed, agility, plyometric and sport specific training. Coach Ellis resides in Waldorf, MD.
